O.C.D Update and Weekly Challenge
For today's blog entry I am going to give an update on how I am doing with my rituals, and how I have overall been feeling lately. First of all, I have been doing great with only brushing my teeth once, and the gagging has been very minimal. (Im waiting for that round of applause from you.) My nightly eating routines have also greatly improved. Just a few days ago I headed up North with my family, and I was really stressed because I would be in a different environment, which would screw with my routine. But I was really surprised when I was able to go to bed without eating a second before my head hit that fluffy pillow. I was really proud, and I had learned I would survive the night without stuffing my face directly before bed. (Again, waiting for that round of applause.) I am also really improving with saying no. (If you are confused look through some of my previous entry's.) Last night in the shower I was really tempted to keep rinsing my hair over and over again. But guess what? Your girl survived!!!
Obviously I am doing well, but recently I started a new ritial. Everyday I get the urge to wash my feet at least three times because I fear I will spread germs in my room and on my blankets. How ridiculous is that? I mean if my feet were that germy I would probably be locked up in quarantine.😂So, I am making it my goal for the rest of the week to not wash my feet until my nightly shower.
